Here are answer to a few of the most commonly asked questions from new and returning clients. If your question isn't answered here, simply send me an email and I'd be happy to answer it!

How soon can I expect delivery of my final files once we've agreed to work together?
With most projects under 1000 words, I'll deliver within 2-3 days of our agreement. Longer projects will vary.

Do you offer a 24-Hours or Less Priority Service?
I sure do! Any project that is 1000 words or less can be delivered in less than 24 hours for an additional fee upon request.

Do you offer revisions? If so, how much do they cost?
Absolutely. I offer one complimentary revision with every project, which covers any mistakes made by me on the initial delivery. This does not cover script changes, add-ons, or requests for a different vocal delivery style than the one initially agreed upon. Those will require an additional fee.

Do you offer your final product to be used 'in perpetuity'?
It depends. I rarely offer my voiceover files to be used in perpetuity, but there are some exceptions. Happy to discuss your usage needs before we get started!

If I need to renew usage, how do I go about asking for an extension?
It's easy! Just reach out and let me know that you'd like to renew or extend your usage permissions, how long you'd like to renew, and we can discuss an additional fee.

Do you offer any kind of price break for repeat business or for referrals?
I sure do! I love building long-lasting relationships with my clients, and I am happy to reward repeat business with occasional discounts, or a special thank you discount for any referral that books and completes a job with me. Thank you for your continued business!
